When you record, that file lands in private, encrypted, tenant-isolated storage: one customer's meetings and recordings can never be reached by another.
Nothing is ever public. A recording is served only through a short-lived signed link that expires — there is no permanent public URL to leak or guess. And because you own the data, you decide how long recordings live and when they're deleted. Set a retention window that matches your policy, or purge on demand.

We won't pretend nothing ever leaves the building on the standard tier — that wouldn't be true, and you deserve the real picture. To turn speech into a named transcript and a clean summary, IntelliVoice Meet uses two vetted AI providers: Deepgram for speech-to-text and Anthropic for summaries and action items.
Both operate under strict, zero-retention agreements: your audio and transcripts are processed to generate your notes and are not retained by the provider and not used to train any model. And to be explicit — no IntelliVoice customer data is used to train AI models, full stop.
