Every recording comes back as a named transcript — each line labeled with the actual speaker's name or extension, not "Speaker 1." That accuracy is what makes the rest trustworthy: Voce AI writes the summary, pulls out the key points and decisions, and lists action items with owners so nothing lands on nobody.
