Program Terms
- You must be an active IntelliVoice client (current on payment) to participate.
- Customer referral reward is paid after the referred business signs a contract and pays their first invoice.
- Partner referral reward is paid after the referred MSP/consultant becomes an active partner and closes their first deal.
- Service credits are applied to your next invoice; cash payments are issued via Zelle or check within 30 days.
- You cannot refer existing IntelliVoice prospects (we’ll let you know if there’s a conflict).
- Self-referrals and shell companies are not eligible.
- Cash referrals are reported on Form 1099-NEC if total cash paid to you in a calendar year reaches $600 or more. We will request a W-9 before issuing any cash payment that brings your annual total to $600+. Service credit rewards are not 1099-reportable.
- IntelliVoice reserves the right to verify and approve all referrals before paying out.
